Dive Instinct will take every effort to get you goods to you as efficiently and effectively as possible. All orders placed before 01:00 pm will be shipped on the day of ordering (subject to payment authorization and availability).Any items, which are out of stock, will be shipped as soon as your order is complete or as they become available.

There are a number of different methods of delivery available on our website. Delivery prices will vary according to the delivery address, delivery method, size, weight and value of the goods to be shipped or if the TNT express service is used. Goods delivered by means of Regular Post will be sent by regular post and deliveries may take between 5 -30 working days. However, this could take up to 30 working days, for which we are not liable for.

All delivery costs will be calculated by weight and shipping method  - TNT Express or Regular post. This is all subject to change and we shall not be liable for delays caused by matters out of our control. If delivery addresses do not seem correct or legitimate then we may not send the goods. If this is to happen then the item will come up as canceled on your order.

**Dive Instinct shipping some specific products ( BCDs, Regulators, Computers, Suits, Compressors, Cylinders, Watches, Cameras) only with TNT due to safety reasons.

Do I need to sign for my parcel? It depends on the weight of your order. If your order is small, light and inexpensive, it will be delivered by regular post (no signature needed), however if it is small and expensive, you will then have to sign for the item. For larger, heavier items we will use a courier service to deliver your order, between 8 am and 6 pm, which requires a signature. In these circumstances it is advisable to have the order delivered to wherever you will be during working hours so you can sign for the parcel. If your parcel is shipped using TNT it will require a signature however if you are not present the parcel may be left with a neighbour or colleague and their signature will be used as proof of delivery. 

What if I am not available to collect my parcel? If no one is present to sign for your goods, a card will be left with the option to collect your parcel from a local depot or have it re-dispatched at a convenient time. Whenever possible the courier will leave your parcel with a neighbour or colleague. Please note this may cause a delay in you receiving the goods. 

My order has been dispatched but I have not received it yet? Tracking information will be sent to your e-mail address as soon as your order has been dispatched.  However you will only be able to track your parcel if it is being transported by TNT using a tracking number. If your order has been sent via regular post, but you have not received it, we are obliged to wait 30 days from the date of dispatch before the post services will consider the parcel lost and we can therefore re-send your order and claim for the loss.
